We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and we NEVER pass such information on.

Personal information

We collect information about you only when necessary to process an order. The type of information we collect includes:

• credit/debit card details

We only retain the information we need to service your order (address, telephone number etc). You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold is held securely in accordance with our security policy and the law.

Sensitive credit card details are entered only on a secure server. This means your details are securely encrypted on your browser before being sent across the internet. You can tell the page is secure by the small yellow padlock at the bottom left corner of your browser.

Credit card details are handled not by us but by security experts Secpay, our payment server provider, on their secure server with stringent security protection. Your payment details are processed in real time so we have no need to — and we do not — retain your credit card details.

Email

We hate unsolicited email so we do not:

• send marketing email
• provide your email address to any other trader

You will not receive spam email after doing business with us

Visitor tracking

We do use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. The information collected in this way could be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. But we make no further use of this information.
